Propose a financial offer that your company is the benefit of both parties and enables the risk of not collecting the receivables to be shared by you with our company, as a proof of our involvement in this operation as serious.

Debt Recovery Service

The fee charged by our company is 10% + VAT of the flow recovered for claims of at least 2500 EURO (or equivalent dollars). The fee shall apply to amounts actually recovered and collected by your company.

For receivables with a value of up to 2500 EURO (or currency equivalent) are paid in advance a fee of 150 euro + VAT, which will be deducted from the success fee charged.

For insolvent debtors (regardless of the debt) instead of success fee shall be charged a flat tax of 375 EUR + VAT for each calendar year in which the procedure is open.

In all cases, recovery costs - stamp duty, executor's fees, etc. - are in our task and will be recovered from the debtor.

For receivables recovered outside Romania fees are negotiated depending on the country where the headquarters of his debtor.

Order to recover the debt is:

• costs of enforcement;
• court costs;
• penalties;
• main flow.

Fee calculation is made at the end of each calendar month and includes payments made on the last day of the month following the report as approved by both sides billed related.

Bill payment will be made within 15 days from the date of its communication to the customer.
